Construction of industrial and remote generation stations
Supply, installation, and commissioning of Electro-Mechanical Supply. Turnkey execution of power plants and substations. Constructed power plants for the private sector. An early example in generation is the Jamjoum Center power plant in Jeddah, during the 90s, that took the mall and the Complex off the National Grid. Examples in industry are supply, installation, and commissioning of both Saudi Cement Factories built in Hofuf and AlAin. This included the supply of a 25MW frequency convertor station in Hofuf, building new 132KV substations, complete power distribution of the facilities, all drives and motors of the plants, all sensors and field devices, the control systems, and the operations center of each facility.
Energy Control & Remote sensoring with field devices.
With US and European partners, the supply, supervision of installation and commissioning of both Energy Management Systems for Grid Operators and Load Dispatch Centers. Designed, supplied, and commissioned the control centers for many public authorities and private industries including the main ministry complex of Ministry of Information in Saudi Arabia in Riyadh.
Conversion of existing infrastrucure for future adaptation.
To accomodate Fast Car Charging Stations in every parking lot requires reverse engineering of the legacy Facility or Complex. At the Four Seasons Resort on Miami Beach PEAC was able to propose the design and method for up to twenty new Fast Car Charging Stations in their parking lot without them requiring additional power from the Utility.
To solve the problem of battery forklifts charging downtime in a major warehouse in the USA, PEAC introduced the concept to replace the batteries with hydrogen fuel cells in each forklift, herby reducing their charging time and making them 30% more operational.

1) Reengineered and supervised the supply/replacement and commissioning of both water pipelines a) two SWCC Jubail Riyadh pipelines and b) the ADWEA Fujairah Abu Dhabi pipeline after the initial contractors being Samsung in Saudi and ABB in the UAE, could not successfully commission the system.
2) Received the order from the German Cement Factory supplier KHD for the complete electrical and mechanical supply of two Cement factories. One of the factories in Hofuf, Saudi Arabia upon commissioning was the world’s largest.
3) Engineered, designed, manufactured, installed, and commissioned the largest automation management system to date (>25K address points) for the MCDC Complex in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
4) Designed, engineered, supplied, installed, and commissioned the control and management system at the Ministry of Communication in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.
5) The engineering and design of the Chicken Feed factory for A. Fakeeh in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This consisted of a complete replacement of the electrical, automation, and control equipment, and development of a special automation system for their proper operation.
6) Turnkey: Build, supply, installation and commissioning of over 100 electrical substations in the 13X to 24XKV range within Saudi Arabia.

Network reinforcement power plants for the Saudi Electric Company of Saudi Arabia: Developed the concept with SEC Generation, of adding to remote towns and villages generation plants made of containerized electrical generators, transformers, and switchgear that generated power in synchrony to the existing overhead lines and SEC network, and relieved the transmission system of the supply to that remote area. The 1st contract with SEC was in the range of 350 MW for over 30 remote location. This consisted of over 100 40ft containers that when assembled created the power plants. These plants were complimented with a fleet of trucks that continuously exchanged the generator containers for preventive maintenance. This was supported by seven workshops with at least four maintenance bays each, located around the country, to assure continuous engine maintenance and that the power was always on.
Installation & Comissioning & After Sales Service Contracts
The management from the startup of operations to defining the maintenance management systems of various power plants and industries in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Thailand, and the Philippines. An example is Savola in Jeddah, or SWCC’s water desalination and power production plants. For SWCC this included projects of revitalizing medium voltage motors, and the commissioning of the two major pipelines from Jubail to Riyadh. For ADWEA this included the reengineering, supply of hardware, and re-commissioning of the Fujairah – Abu Dhabi water transmission pipeline. The maintenance contract of five major GCCIA frequency conversion and power substations for a five-year period. These substations connect the GCC countries grids together.
